By submitting a form on our website or on a Meta lead ad that links to this policy, or by giving us your phone number and asking us to contact you, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Next Mountain Advisors Inc. at the number you provide, including autodialed or prerecorded calls where permitted by law, for purposes related to your request (for example, final expense or Medicare information).

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. You may request to be placed on our do-not-call list by calling (828) 782-3777 or emailing info@nxtmt.info. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from contacting you about an existing request or relationship where contact is permitted by law.

7. Health information and HIPAA

We are an insurance marketing and advisory business, not a healthcare provider, health plan, or medical clearinghouse. Information you share with us for insurance education or enrollment is generally not protected health information under HIPAA in the way medical records at a clinic or hospital are protected.
